About me

Hello - my name is Nicola Green and I am the founder and Director of On Track Support Ltd.

As someone who knows the benefits of a great HR team, I provide a flexible, personal and highly valued service to my clients - think of me as your independent trusted partner who you can call upon whenever you need, but without the ongoing costs of an HR Director.

​

With over 25 years of generalist HR experience, I bring practical and effective solutions for the benefit of my clients.

 

I am qualified as a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.

​

My main experience lies in the Charity and Private Sectors working in Conservation,

Public Services, Engineering and Manufacturing. 


My expertise lies in identifying the critical HR strategies which will best serve your organisation, supported by my hands-on HR project experience. I carry out assignments of any size, ranging from updating contracts, policies and data analysis, to establishing robust and simple systems to deliver the HR processes that will serve your organisation well, all underpinned by good governance and risk management.

I am able to apply a broad perspective on my clients needs based on my background as a former MD of a UK manufacturing subsidiary.  This experience, combined with HR Director roles, gives me a practical 'real world' understanding of the view from your shoes.
